Terms of Use and License

These terms govern your use of the Lumicent website and software. By purchasing, installing, or using Lumicent, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of license

• Each license is personal, non-transferable, and for a single user.
• Each license key covers one machine.
• You may not resell, sublicense, lease, or distribute license keys.

2. Prohibited conduct

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembly, or license check bypass attempts.
• No unauthorized automation intended to evade licensing controls.
• No use of the product in violation of applicable law or broker/platform rules.

3. Termination and enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke a license key if terms are materially violated, including fraudulent chargebacks, attempted license circumvention, or unlawful use.

4. Payments, refunds and taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe. Pricing, taxes, and refund treatment are handled according to checkout terms and applicable laws.

5. Financial and performance disclaimer

• Not an advisor: Lumicent is an analytical tool and does not provide financial advice or trade signals.
• Past performance clause: Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Third-party data disclaimer: we are not responsible for inaccuracies, delays, or omissions in broker/external data feeds.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumicent is provided "as is" without guarantees of profitability, uninterrupted service, or fitness for a particular trading outcome.

7. Updates to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
